Digitalna fabrikacija kalupa za gume bazirana na 3D štampi skraćuje vreme proizvodnje “master” kalupa za gume, optimizuje proces i smanjuje potrebu za radnom snagom. 3D štampa omogućava izradu “Master” kalupa sa ekstremno komplikovanim i kompleksnim šarama preciznosti od ± 0.1 mm.

UnionTech RA600 SLA 3D Printer for tire molds The RA600 was developed for the needs of making tire molds, perfectly reproduces patterns, increases productivity and reduces production costs. Digital manufacturing of tire molds based on 3D printing shortens the production time of "master" tire molds, optimizes the process and reduces the need for manpower. 3D printing enables the creation of "Master" molds with extremely complicated and complex patterns with a precision of ± 0.1 mm.
