Layer Plastic Deposition (
LPD ) is a new 3D printing technology. With it, thermoplastic material is inserted into the extruder and precisely applied to the heated substrate layer by layer. Thanks to the deposition of plastic layers (LPD) the printed models get excellent detail which allows them to be used for prototyping. In terms of quality, models printed with this technology can be compared to those formed with the help of water or from elastic raw material with the help of a solid construction (form or matrix).
