The Chemistry School in Tuzla was founded in 1946, and March 31 was taken as the Tuzla Chemistry School Day. Since 1965, the school has been located in the current building at the address: ul Bosne Srebrene no. 8 in Tuzla. The building and interior of the school was purpose-built and equipped according to UNICEF standards for the chemical profession. It is now called the Mixed High School of Chemistry in Tuzla, where students and trainees are educated for the III, IV and V levels of complexity.
During the years of development, the school improved and improved the conditions for the education of students as well as the working conditions of the employees.
