On September 10 , our demo center in Belgrade was transformed into a gathering place for enthusiasts, professionals and curious people from the world of 3D printing .
The event, which surpassed all previous ones in terms of the number of visitors and the quality of the discussion, was organized in cooperation with Pawel Ślusarczyk , the founder of the CD3D portal and one of the most important names in European 3D printing.
On that occasion, the newest model from the Bambu Lab line - H2D PRO - was presented.
Unexpectedly large response
Although we planned to gather in a narrow circle, the response was extraordinary - over 50 participants with concrete experience in the field of 3D technologies.
Pawel gave a 20-minute lecture, while the question-and-answer session lasted twice as long.
The discussion was substantive, with relevant topics and expert comments.
What does H2D PRO bring?
During the presentation, we showed the possibilities that the new model offers:
- High printing precision
- Smart functions that make everyday work easier
- Reliability in continuous use
- Compatibility with technical engineering materials , such as PPA and PPS CF
The participants had the opportunity to see the device in operation, touch it, try it and test it.
They asked questions and shared experiences from their fields - from engineering to education to art.
Pawel's story - no filter
Pawel shared his view of the development of 3D printing through four key stages :
- Prototyping - from the eighties to 2010
- Open source revolution - the RepRap, MakerBot, Prusa, Ultimaker movement
- Mass production - attempts by companies like Desktop Metal to replace classic production technologies
- New era - market division into industrial 3D printing and consumer FFF printing, in which Bambu Lab dominates
He especially emphasized that Bambu Lab is not a classic 3D printing company , but a company from the world of consumer electronics that produces 3D printers.
Their goal is to produce them in the hundreds of thousands a year , with an approach that is fundamentally different from anything the industry has seen so far.
Promotional action
A special action was also announced at the event:
- Everyone who sends their case study with the H2D PRO printer by the end of November
- They get a 500 euro discount.
- Bambu Lab will choose the three most interesting ideas - and maybe more, if quality proposals arrive
Applications are open until October 1, 2025. Registration is by email to beograd@3drepublika.com in free form.
