Bambu Lab AMS – Smart material management for P1 and X1 series

Bambu Lab AMS (Automatic Material System) is an advanced accessory for Bambu Lab 3D printers that enables automatic filament change during printing. Designed for reliable work with multiple materials and colors, AMS brings professional capabilities to home workshops, educational institutions and creative studios.

The system uses a closed chamber with controlled humidity, which protects the filaments from absorbing moisture and ensures consistent print quality. AMS supports up to 4 filaments per unit , and it is possible to connect up to 4 AMS modules for a total of 16 different materials or colors .
