PVA filamenti

PVA (Polivinil alkohol) je topivi filamenat za potporu koji ima važnu ulogu u 3D štampi. Kada se štampaju objekti sa većim, nagibnim uglovima, filamenti za potporu pružaju podršku i sprečavaju loše previse. PVA je popularan filamenat za potporu koji se potpuno rastvara u vodi u roku od 24 sata, ostavljajući štampani objekat netaknutim i bez oštećenja. Ovaj materijal ima slične osobine štampe kao PLA, što ih čini dobrim spojem. PVA se najčešće koristi sa 3D štampačima sa dvostrukim ekstruderom, gde jedna glava štampa osnovni materijal (npr. PLA, PETG ili ABS), dok druga štampa PVA materijal kako bi pružila podršku na svim glavnim uglovima gde bi inače bio osnovni materijal. Nakon štampe, stavite proizvod u mlaku vodu i u roku od 12-24 sata, PVA materijal će se rastvoriti, ostavljajući vaš osnovni materijal i divan proizvod.

Preporuke za štampu:

  • Štampajte na temperaturi od 190–210°C za najbolje rezultate.
  • Preporučena temperatura štampačkog stola je 50–160°C.
  • Koristite stakleni krevet, PEI ploču, Kapton ili plavu traku za radnu platformu uz 3Dlac sprej.

*Idealna temperatura može varirati pri korišćenju različitih štampača.

PVA filaments

PVA (Polyvinyl Alcohol) is a soluble support filament that plays an important role in 3D printing. When printing objects with larger, inclined angles, support filaments provide support and prevent bad overhangs . PVA is a popular support filament that dissolves completely in water within 24 hours , leaving the printed object intact and undamaged. This material has similar printing properties to PLA, making them a good match. PVA is most often used with dual-extruder 3D printers , where one head prints the base material (eg PLA, PETG or ABS) while the other prints the PVA material to provide support at all the main corners where the base material would otherwise be. After printing, place the product in warm water and within 12-24 hours, the PVA material will dissolve, leaving your base material and a beautiful product.

Recommendations for the press:
