Enjoy the benefits of two different textures on one board, one side is a textured PEI surface and the other side is a smooth PEI surface. This plate has a 0.5mm thick stainless steel magnetic plate that improves magnetic adhesion and helps prevent deformation, ensuring optimal print quality during 3D printing.

Surface finishing
Self-release when cool The textured PEI surface can withstand repeated heating and cooling cycles of the heating plate. Printed objects are easily removed when the temperature of the heating plate reaches room temperature.

Dust and grease deposition on the build plate reduces adhesion. Regular cleaning of the surface with detergent and water is recommended in order to maintain the best adhesion. Increasing the temperature of the hot plate improves adhesion. Users should adjust the temperature of the heating plate according to their specific requirements in order to achieve the most suitable level of adhesion. Careful sanding of the textured PEI surface with fine sandpaper (600 is recommended) can help restore adhesion. If bubbles appear on the underside of the smooth PEI film, heating on a hot plate at a temperature not less than 80 degrees for several hours can help eliminate the bubbles. Do not clean the Bambu Dual-Texture PEI board with acetone, as it will damage the PEI surface. Always wait a few minutes before removing printed models to allow the plate to cool for easy print removal. This prevents damage to the board and ensures a long product life. Bambu Dual-Texture PEI board is considered a consumable part, which will degrade over time. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects, not cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents or cracks. Defective foils upon arrival are the only ones covered by the warranty.
