Uživajte u prednostima dve različite teksture na jednoj ploči, jedna strana je teksturirana PEI površina, a druga strana je glatka PEI površina. Ova ploča ima magnetnu ploču od nerđajućeg čelika debljine 0.5 mm koja poboljšava magnetnu adheziju i pomaže u sprečavanju deformacija, osiguravajući optimalan kvalitet štampe tokom 3D štampanja.

Pažljivo brušenje teksturirane PEI površine finim brusnim papirom (preporučeno je 600) može pomoći u obnavljanju adhezije. Ako se pojave mehurići na donjoj strani glatke PEI folije, zagrevanje na grejnoj ploči na temperaturi ne manjoj od 80 stepeni nekoliko sati može pomoći u eliminaciji mehurića. Nemojte čistiti Bambu Dual-Texture PEI ploču acetonom, jer će oštetiti PEI površinu. Uvek sačekajte nekoliko minuta pre nego što uklonite štampane modele kako biste omogućili da se ploča ohladi za lako uklanjanje štampe. Ovo sprečava oštećenje ploče i osigurava dug vek trajanja proizvoda. Bambu Dual-Texture PEI ploča se smatra potrošnim delom, koji će se vremenom degradirati. Garancija pokriva samo proizvodne defekte, ne kozmetička oštećenja kao što su ogrebotine, udubljenja ili pukotine. Defektne folije po dolasku su jedine koje su pokrivene garancijom.

Surface finishing

Self-release when cool The textured PEI surface can withstand repeated heating and cooling cycles of the heating plate. Printed objects are easily removed when the temperature of the heating plate reaches room temperature.

Notes

Dust and grease deposition on the build plate reduces adhesion. Regular cleaning of the surface with detergent and water is recommended in order to maintain the best adhesion. Increasing the temperature of the hot plate improves adhesion. Users should adjust the temperature of the heating plate according to their specific requirements in order to achieve the most suitable level of adhesion. Careful sanding of the textured PEI surface with fine sandpaper (600 is recommended) can help restore adhesion. If bubbles appear on the underside of the smooth PEI film, heating on a hot plate at a temperature not less than 80 degrees for several hours can help eliminate the bubbles. Do not clean the Bambu Dual-Texture PEI board with acetone, as it will damage the PEI surface. Always wait a few minutes before removing printed models to allow the plate to cool for easy print removal. This prevents damage to the board and ensures a long product life. Bambu Dual-Texture PEI board is considered a consumable part, which will degrade over time. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects, not cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents or cracks. Defective foils upon arrival are the only ones covered by the warranty.
