The hardened steel extruder unit is equipped with double hardened steel gears, which provide increased extruding force, prevent slippage and improve wear resistance. These gears allow the extruder unit to process tough engineering filaments such as carbon fiber nylon and glass fiber nylon.
Additionally, the extruder unit includes a sensor that supports filament break detection, which can help prevent print failures and improve overall print efficiency.
Please confirm your printer model before purchase, as the connector may be different between X1 series version and P1P version.
