The function of the PTFE tube is to reduce drag and guide the filament. The inner diameter of the tube is 2.5 mm, and the outer diameter is 4 mm.
Please note that PTFE tubing is consumable and subject to wear and tear, as it may rub against the filament over time. We recommend checking the PTFE tubes for wear during machine maintenance.
If the tubes are worn and not replaced in time, it can lead to feed failure, filament build-up inside the AMS, etc.
