This project allows schools and colleges to get a 3D printer with the help of a good idea and to discover the true potential of this technology. Through this program, we will be giving away 50 Ultimaker 3D printers in Europe.
Ultimaker research program
Our program enables teachers and professors to create added value to the existing curriculum and develop technical understanding and knowledge. Through this project, the department/department will use Ultimaker 3D Republic printers to improve their knowledge and creative abilities and develop key skills across several subjects - from math to art. The program is valid for all schools and faculties throughout Europe, including Serbia, Macedonia, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
If you are a passionate teacher or professor, this is the ideal program for you!
Be the first!
Do you encourage your pupils/students to do their best? Do you think it is important for them to discover their talents and learn through research and experimentation? If so, we offer you the opportunity to share your enthusiasm and ideas with other like-minded people.
What is required is to create a 3D print project with your pupils/students. When you're done, share it with us. Not only will you become a pioneering educator, but you will win an Ultimaker 3D printer that will enable you to bring your ideas to life.
Guidelines for applying to the project
Not sure if you meet all the requirements?
It doesn't matter what age your students are - 3D printing can inspire them to become creative creators.
We love original ideas and want your pupils/students to unleash all their imaginations.
It doesn't have to be a big project - the most important thing is that students are actively engaged, learning and enjoying this program. Look at the 3D printer as a transformational tool, capable of bringing your ideas to life.
Here are some guidelines to follow:
- for students up to the age of 16, the program should be based on STEM
- for students 17+ and students, the program must be innovative
- pupils/students must be in groups
- the program must be implemented in the premises of the school/faculty
You must also provide us with a brief overview of the project, including:
- age of students
- number of pupils/students
- learning objectives, topic and subject of the project
- materials needed for work
- time required for project development
- a brief description of the project
